I'm assuming that your printer is capable of duplex printing.

Check your Print dialogue settings for two sided printing.

You should find one offering a choice of Long Edge or Short edge binding. Not all printers interpret those terms the same way, so you may need to do a few tests to find which page orientation (Portrait or Landscape) requires which binding edge specified to achieve the result you want.

Set up two pages documents, one in Portrait orientation, the other in Landscape orientation, and each with two pages.

Put a single line of type on each page: Portrait Page 1, Portrait Page 2 on the one in portrait orientation, Landscape Page 1 and LandScape Page 2 on the other.

Print each document twice, using the orientation setting that matched the document, once using Long Edge binding, the other using Short edge binding. LABEL each sample with the binding setting used as soon as you have printed it. It will give you a reference to use with your printer when you next need it.
