Face ID doesn't work

I bought an iPhone 11 in last November, but I found that my Face ID doesn't work. I tried several time, even reset a new Face ID, it still not working. what should I do to make it work as before?

See this, If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support and if that does not help, contact Apple Support, Get Support
