sharing Apple IDs on Find My iPhone?
It would be helpful if two different iPhone users with their own separate Apple IDs could see each other's iPhones in Find My iPhone. Is that possible?

That is what used to be called Find My Friends. You can access that in Find My, and then add each other by sharing location. See this, Set up Find My on your iPhone, Mac, and other devices - Apple Support
