IPhone Xs frozen and won't restart

My IPhone Xs is stuck at the control center page and is not responding to touch commands at all. Every time I try to reset it according to the reset guidelines it just activates siri or goes into SOS mode. The reset method of volume up then volume down then holding the side button also does NOT work for me. It also will not unlock my phone via face recognition.

Just to reiterate the Force ReStart Method, it is-

Press and quickly release Volume UP
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN
Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears (Do not use slide to power off option when it appears)

If the above does not work then-

Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.
If none fo the above works then please contact ➔ Apple Support
