Booxter unlimited version

I have bought the unlimited version of Booxter on the App Store, and it is still asking me to give a license, which I didn't receive, what should I do?

I am able to go to the developers website and download a trial version but I bought it on the App Store - how would I get my license? Worse is I tried to email the developer but their captcha does not work and declares I am a "Bot" no matter how many times I try. So I am basically stuck. Pro Apps Bundle for Education Hello, I'm a student and want to purchase the pro apps bundle. Once I bought it, will I own the license forever or do I have to renew it like Apple Music?
