I have Iphone 11, IOS 13.4.1. Weather app is not showing animation weather. How can i fix it?

First of all, not all weather conditions include animation. Some do ... some do not.
Secondly, you did not answer whether you set up Reduce Motion (Settings > Accessibility > Motion > Reduce Motion).

Might you have turned on Reduce Motion?
It’s like that from beginning. Inhad iphone 5s and it was animated. Now i have 11 and i didn’t turned on or off anything. Can you navigate me?
It’s off. Even when i turn it on the animation is not working. The weather app was already installed on iphone. On old phone its working on new not.
If you were to see this particular weather status in the Weather app for example, there would be no animation.
