My iphone 11 pro only 4 months old not charging
Kindly guide as no damage on charging cable
From my experience, It is OK to use the USB port of a computer to charge. Do it. I do it all the time.

You will need a USB to Lightning cable just like the one that came with your iPhone. Just make sure that the cable that you are using is approved by apple.

Try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart your iPhone. See if that helps and your iPhone begins to charge. If that does not work then-
Your iPhone 11 Pro is less than one year old and is therefore covered by the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty (US) so have it examined at the Apple Store or at an authorized service center and take advantage of it. If the stores are closed then please contact ➔ Apple Support

Thanks for your valuable time.One more thing if I can use normal cable for charging if the original one gets bad
Further following I came to conclusion that it's adapter has gone bad,and due to lockdown I can't travel.So just wanna ask if it is okay to charge my iphone using my laptop usb port.plz guide
