Enable "Deactivate Code" on my iPhone Xr and Apple Watch Series 4

Hello people, for a long time I have wanted to see how I can disable the code on my iPhone and Apple Watch, when I try to do it, the option appears disabled, look at the images.

I also want to remove the "Clear Data" option when the wrong code is entered 5 times, but it also appears disabled.

I tell you that I have this problem in my Apple ID, since when I had my iPhone 4 and my Iphone 6s, I could not disable the code, so I do not think the problem is in the iPhone Xr

If anyone knows how I can solve this, I appreciate the help.

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities, xio51!

It sounds like you're having an issue with turning off the options for a passcode and for erasing the device with incorrect passcode attempts. I suggest checking out this article to Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and be sure there are no restrictions set up on your device preventing you from making those changes.

Let me know if you still have an issue and take care!
