Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Trackpad has become unresponsive

Recently my trackpad has started to get unresponsive(even the haptic touch is not there, so it seems like it just stops working completely). The hack which I am using right now to get it working sometimes is Shut Down Macbook, close the lid and start again. This seems to be fixing it up temporarily.

One thing I noticed is that the issue comes for sure when I use two finger scroll. Not sure about other gestures. As trackpad works sometime, seems like a software problem.

Is there a permanent fix for this?

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.15
