Can my Apple ID transfer a fault to my device
My iPhone 7 started turning itself off and on again. Assuming it was time for a new phone I bought an iPhone 11 and the same thing is happening, listing ‘fatal error’ in the analytics. I’ve been through Apple support and they said I needed to set up the phone as new and download my backup through the cloud, rather than quick start. I did this and the fault still persisted. Eventually phone was sent for repair and they have sent me a new one which is doing exactly the same! Is it possible that there is a fault somehow linked to my Apple ID which is then transferring to these devices? Or am I just really unlucky?!
