Sent and draft mailbox is not working. My hotmail account is synchronized, but I cannot see sent messages neither draft or junk mailbox.

Hi, every time I send an email, the mail is correctly delivered, but it don’t appear in the “Sent” folder.

My mail app is synchronized correctly, is just the sent and junk mailbox that disappeared.


My hotmail sent folder has a black square. I have sent mailbox for my other email accounts, and they are working perfectly. If I send a message via webmail or mail app, it is correctly synced with the mail hotmail (it appears in the sent folder on the server, but doesn't appear on the Mac). So, every time I have to open my email on safari to have access to all my emails.



I also noticed that in the mail settings >> hotmail >> mailbox behavior, the draft, sent and junk mailbox is not choosing any account, I keep selecting hotmail but it flips again to empty thing.




It’s surely a bug, all my settings are ok, I compared the settings between my other mail accounts and is the same. I tried all the possible solutions suggested by others in this community and elsewhere before resigning.


Anyone have experienced this problem? Anyone has a definitive solution?
