WatchOS 6.2.1

I updated my watch series 4 to 6.2.1 yesterday and ever since the update my watch is acting like I’m scrolling using the Digital Crown. It goes in and out of apps scrolling all the way from my apps to the point it just looks like a little white dot because it’s scrolled so far out and it’s completely unresponsive to me. Plus the battery was dead before the night was even over so it didn’t last but maybe 4 hours.
