How do I turn off the two factor authentication on my new iPhone 11 and my I pad I never had to do that before and ever since I got this new phone it seems possessed it gave me an iCloud Apple ID and it took me over a week to get my old Appleid restored So I finally was able to get all of my music and my photos back on this phone the new one

Certain features in the latest versions of iOS and macOS require this extra level of security, which is designed to protect your information. If you recently updated your account, you can unenroll within two weeks of enrollment. Just open your enrollment confirmation email and click the link to return to your previous security settings. Keep in mind, this makes your account less secure and means that you can't use features that require higher security.

If you purchased an iPhone and it already had an Apple ID and iCloud account on it you need to return it to where you purchased it and get your money back.

Maybe if you clarify we can understand what your issue is. You said you had to remove an Apple ID that was already on the iPhone.
