iTunes "For You" isn't working

iTunes tab "For You" isn't working on the Windows platform. I already reinstalled every Apple-related component and file, have done every diagnostic test for iTunes, checked for latest updates, download version from Apple website for windows, checked everything in "General preferences" and still nothing. It says "error" all the time and "try again" doesn't help. I'm using latest version 12.10.6.2
