Failing harddrive? What to do?

I have a Macbook pro from mid 2012 that has been very slow for a while now. I was looking through the questions in this forum and it was recommended to do a EtreCheck report. So I did and it seems to say that the hard drive is failing? Is this fixable? Can I change the hard drive of my mac?

Hi,

Try to check your internal HDD with DiskUtility, FirstAid.
