Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities ayush245,
If I understand correctly you're seeing blank messages on your iPhone. I know it's important to have your iPhone working properly, and I'd be happy to help.
Let's start by having you force close any apps that you have open, restart your iPhone and then test to see if the issue remains.
How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you go through these steps and the issue remains, respond back with the answers to the following questions.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
Hello ayush245,
If the issue remains after restarting, there is still a few other things you can try. From here you'll want to have you back up your iPhone to iCloud or your computer. Once you've done that, restore the iPhone as new (this will wipe the iPhone, thus why you'll want to have you back it up first), and then test the issue.
If the issue persists, then you'll want to reach out to Apple Support.
If the issue is gone, then restore the backup from iCloud or your computer to the iPhone. If the issue is still gone, you are all set and good to go. If the issue returns with the restore of the backup, then we know it is something with your backup. At that point, restore the iPhone as new again and then load your data back on manually.
