My iPhone 11 pro
Alright so I got an IPhone 11 pro around when it came out before my birthday in October. I cracked it in the back at the very beginning because I didn’t get a case for like the first two weeks I had not yet just because they are expensive so I wanted to wait and find one I really liked. Anyways it’s now April and one day I left my phone charging while I showered and when I came back it was being a little weird just exiting out of apps and stuff. So I decided to turn it off and turn it back on, however it never turned back on it’s just been stuck on the Apple logo for a month. I’ve literally done everything possible to fix it. I let it die. I plugged it into a computer with iTunes and it would not come up even though my other iPhone did when I plugged it in so I couldn’t force update it the way the Apple support team on the phone told me to. I’ve also tried the force restarts and the screen goes black and then just goes straight back to the Apple logo. The only options Apple has given me includes sending it in for repair which will cost upwards of 500$ because they don’t do partial repairs and would have to fix the broken back glass along with the the software issues or I can send it in and then they’ll send me a new one except they’ll charge me the price of an iPhone 11 pro until they get mine. I DO NOT HAVE THAT MONEY. So Apple if you could please JUST FIX MY PHONE I do not see how this is my fault you guys are a loaded company and should take better care of ur customers. I can’t even call anyone to ask if they are well and healthy because of a software issue that is not my fault. My friends have had similar issues and Apple just fixed it for them but I’ve called twice and to no avail. I work at walmart man and this customer service is crap.
