Ipad warranty replacement

Hi,

If I have an ipad in warranty but it has some technical problems which is include in the warranty, can I ask apple for replacing this ipad to the latest model??

No, the replacement will be the same model as the replaced.

No, a replacement device will be of the same model, same colour, same capacity.

Apple would be the party to decide how to remedy any warranty-covered defect. Replacement would be one of many options.
If a replacement were to be made (and that’s a big “if”), it would be the same model you had, not a newer version.
