Missing sent emails on cox.net

I use cox.net as my email server. My sent email column doesn’t show the emails I have sent. Can you help me? This is on my iPad Pro only. On my iPhone 11, everything is working. Thank you!

Apparently, the sent emails on my iPhone 11 do not sync with my iPad Pro. If I send an email from the iPad Pro, it shows up on the Sent Emails columnl

Hello,

Try removing your Mail account from Settings > Passwords & Accounts then re-add it.
