When a particular website doesn't work, it can be a problem with cookies or cache. To check, use a private window: in Safari or Firefox click File > New Private Window, or in Chrome it's File > New Incognito Window. Try the website again, and if it works in the private window, you can be pretty sure it's a cookies or cache problem. This happens from time to time, is harmless, and doesn't indicate a fault with your computer. To actually solve the problem, you need to clear the cookies and cache—see instructions for Safari, Firefox or Chrome.
