Disabled Account on iTunes and the App Store

I cannot install any software on my devices due this error:

"Disabled Account on iTunes and the App Store"


This caused by my kids try to install software but they don't know the PIN so they tried too many incorrect PIN.


How can I can reactivate my account. Tried to reset password Apple ID but doesn't work.


Tried to contact Apple Support but it's not available here in my country - Vietnam.

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.

If you have issues contacting with that way since you are in Vietnam maybe try:
