Restoring icons for Adobe project types

I've recently set Premiere Pro projects to open with Premiere Pro 2020 in the Info window, and after that the file icons changed to a blank page with a square icon of the app on top.

However, before I changed the "Open with" settings, they had had default Adobe project icons.

How can I restore them back?

When I uninstall Premiere Pro, the file icons return to their default, but once I install it back, they reverse to their current state.

I've done a test with Photoshop. I chose in the "open with" menu Photoshop and clicked "Change all". Now the Photoshop files also appear like this:

The Icon is based on what the app says it should be when you set the file to open with that app. Sounds like Adobe changed the icon in the 2020 version.

I don't know what to tell you. If you set it to open with that application, and Change All, then the app is telling the OS which icon to display for the file type.

No, I’ve had the 2020 version for a while. It changed only after I prompted the “Open with” command. I also checked the info.plist inside the Premiere package and it’s fine. Also, the necessary icons are in place.
