Activation lock

Actually I synced my friend's apple watch series 3 to my forget my apple id.....after then I returned to my friend without turning off find my iPhone and reset... after then he was trying to unlock the watch, later on, he was facing some error like cannot be used to unlock apple watch!!!! i was checked again then it was not showing on my devices?? I need help to unlock the apple watch right now..
