Will Apple charge me because of this

I'd say the chances that they will replace it are pretty close to zero. Add to that the fact that you will most likely have to spend 30-60 minutes trying to get through to Apple, explaining the problem, it may not be worth it if you're talking about the earphones that come in the box with the phone.

i explained it to them she said she was sure they would replace.But wouldn’t the technicians look at the actual earphones since their must have been something wrong with the earphone itself.I all done was tamper with the head however if their was sound it would still work regardless.
Also another question would be are they charging my account until I return the earphones.
what are the chance apple will charge me for a replacement if my earphones only worked for a month however i tried fixing them yesterday by removind the black thing in the head and cleaning it out will this come under accidental abuse.
