iPhone 11

My Face ID is not working.... it keeps saying move phone lower, higher, father away from face. I’ve tried resetting all my settings and it still doesn’t work..... and there is no “reset Face ID” button coming up in my settings and I am also not getting through with portrait selfie mode How do I fix that?
