Apple TV no sound in movie.

I have bought a movie from Apple TV but when I watch it there is no sound or subtitles etc. There is sound in the movies menu and extras. Sound works fine on our apps such as YouTube and on other movies I have purchased. I have tried changing the various sound settings as mentioned elSewhere on these forums.

No volume for Shawshank Redemption other movies play fine I purchased one move, Shawshank Redemption, and there is no audio. The DVD menu has volume but when the movie start playing no audio at all. I have over 700 movies on apple tv and this is the first movie to exhibit this. My setup is simple, apple TV plugged in to TV, audio comes from the TV not a receiver. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Theater room sound I am unable to receive the dialogue sound only in my theater room on Apple TV which has a projector. Background and all other sound works fine. Is a common problem which I can to do something about? This only happens on most movies, nothing else on any other apps.

If this is isolated to a particular movie then the issue is probably with the source and you would need to contact iTunes so they can investigate.
