No volume for Shawshank Redemption other movies play fine

I purchased one move, Shawshank Redemption, and there is no audio. The DVD menu has volume but when the movie start playing no audio at all.

I have over 700 movies on apple tv and this is the first movie to exhibit this.

My setup is simple, apple TV plugged in to TV, audio comes from the TV not a receiver.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

audio comes from the TV

To what setting is Audio format set?

What happens if you select one of the other options?

If your TV has two speakers, then Stereo would be the advised setting.
