Battery not charging on brand new MacBook Pro 2019

I just bought my new MacBook Pro 13 2019. My battery indicator shows all the time 1% battery level and the condition of the battery is Replace Now.

I already try to reset the SMC but nothing.

Any advice. Should I have to go to replace my notebook?

Battery issue I bought my MacBook Pro in 2020. I have only had this laptop for a year and I am already having battery issues. I went to turn my laptop on today and it wouldn't work. I plugged it in and it says the battery isn't functioning correctly and only works if it is on the charger, but its not charging. It stays at 1%. I am a college student and desperately need my laptop right now. Is there anyway to fix this without servicing it?

Reset SMC, try a few times, without the charger, then plug in the charger, leave it for an hour charging
