iPhone XS Max Volume ducking

Whenever I am listening to music or any videos with sounds, if I get a notification, my sound decreases, which I know is normal. But even when I close out the notification, the sound remains at the decreased level. Does anyone know how to fix it? My phone is updated to the latest software. Thank you

iPhone 11 Pro - Volume Drop Issue on getting Notifications while Media Playback Normally the volume of media playing ducks when we get a notification but that happens temporarily and soon it rises up back to normal. I've got an iPhone 11 Pro running on latest available iOS 13.4.1 whenever media is playing and I receive a notification the volume decreases but it seems to get stuck at the reduced volume, to get it back to normal I've to lock and then unlock the iPhone again. Sound problem Iphone 14 pro max. I have problems every single day with this device. Sound notification will go from normal sound to very very loud. Cannot get the sound normal, (settings will NOT solve this) I simply have to reboor the phone. Same happens to the reels on Instagram. No sound in the reel, except in the lower right corner, than the sound of the reel is audible, but the reel is not playing than. Must reboot my device every day once or twice to get this sound working properly. IOS is up to date, the rest of the apps also. I blame this device itself, there are no soutions in the settings, believe me.

Are you accidentally pressing any buttons?

No, I have change with buttons turned on. I don’t know, it’s very odd. Whenever I get a notification, and I’m playing sound. After I ignore it and swipe up, the decreased volume stays.
