iPhone 11 Pro - Volume Drop Issue on getting Notifications while Media Playback

Normally the volume of media playing ducks when we get a notification but that happens temporarily and soon it rises up back to normal. I've got an iPhone 11 Pro running on latest available iOS 13.4.1 whenever media is playing and I receive a notification the volume decreases but it seems to get stuck at the reduced volume, to get it back to normal I've to lock and then unlock the iPhone again.
