Trade in query

Hi,

I sent my iPhone 8 to you via trade in last week -I haven't received the payment for it yet, I'm concerned the email of confirmation has gone to an email I cannot access - Please can you look into this for me?

trade in hey all! i traded in my iphone 11 for the iphone 12 pro max and i’m waiting for the trade in value. i used my apple id for the purchase so everything is getting sent to that “email” however i don’t have that email as it’s 5+ years old. not sure if it will send confirmation to the email or if it will get deposited straight into my account. thanks!

iPad Trade in - Never received an email I sent off my ipad for a trade in last week, however when i looked on Apple's website they say that you can check the status of the trade in by looking at an email sent to me, i never received an email and now i am unsure on how to check the status of my trade in. Can anybody help?

Payment not taken for new iPhone I ordered a new iPhone on Friday last. I received a order confirmation email but no payment has been taken from my bank account. Nothing is pending either.

Sign into your account at Apple.com using your Apple ID/Password and check the details of your iPhone transaction.
