unlocked iphone 11?

we just bought a new iPhone 11 and intended to buy the "SIM free - activate with any carrier" option, but accidentally clicked on T-Mobile. Will this phone work with all carriers if we switch later?

Currently T-Mobile but will switch if the rates are better elsewhere

Send it back and buy a sim free version.
