panic(cpu 4 caller 0xffffff800c216487) - MacBook Pro (16-inch 2019) continuously restarting after going to sleep
I recently (last week) received an 'Apple Refurbished' MacBook Pro (16-inch 2019).
Since receiving it I have installed the following:
MS Teams (For work)
World of Warcraft (Yeah I know....)
Citrix Workspace (For work)
Google Chrome
WhatsApp Desktop
Everything is up to date, I installed the latest Catalina update and App Store says everything is up to date as well. However, Almost every time I shut the lid and leave it for an hour or more when I come back to it, it's rebooted itself and I get the 'Your computer was restarted because of a problem' message:
I've tried to search for the error message but I can't figure out what's happening, and I'm hopeful someone here might have had the same and has a solution! I have nothing connected to the MacBook except the power supply. I was hoping for better from (an almost) brand new machine. I have run the Apple Diagnostics and everything there checks out fine.
