How do I talk with Apple support

Technically crippled here. I have a monthly billing from Netflix that uses my work EMail. It was the only cell phone related address I had at the time. I no longer work there and I want to change it to my home e-Mail address. I keep getting frustrated with the whole Apple support run around and I would prefer to call and talk to a human being but that does not seem to be possible. Any advise?

Patrick,

There are two things going on there.


First, you need to update your Apple ID to your current email address. You can do this at:

https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin


Netflix is a little more complicated. Netflix is not accepting any new or rejoined subscriptions through iTunes. You may find it easier to go directly to Netflix. See information here:
