Wierd Black Lines on the display of iPhone 8

I have a iPhone 8 and it was working all well but today I picked up my phone and saw these wierd black lines. I thought that they would be some moisture between the cables and will go off after some time. But it didn't ! I had a little scratch in my screen but that was from a month ago and I dont think it relates with the black lines. It would be so nice if any of the geniuses could help me out with this issue.

PS - It is not software related I DFU Restored my device any it doesn't go. And it also doesn't come in screenshot
