phone wont turn on
How do i get my serial number if the phone wont even turn on?

You can find it here if you have a Mac...System Preferences...iCloud...Account Details...Devices...click the iPhone...
Also...............Go to appleid.apple.com in a web browser on your computer.
Sign in with the Apple ID that you use on your device.
Scroll down to the Devices section. To see the serial and IMEI/MEID number, select the device.
If you need it for support and you are not able to do the options above, just look on the Sim Card tray the IMEI # is there and support should accept that.
