Email security

I received an email in the Apple email app on my non-jailbroken iPhone 8. There was a word document attachment that was supposedly my Apple bill receipt. I was being dumb and clicked the download button (my email app makes me hit the download button on an attachment before I can them click a second time to open the attachment) but I realized I was being dumb and didn’t open the word document after I hit the download button. I then deleted the email.

is my iPhone at risk for getting a virus /malware etc. from that?

if so, what would be the best thing to do about it?
