facetime problem

After signing in to FaceTime I it doesn't connect and I get the following message in red:

An error occurred during activation. Try again.

I've tried many suggestion. Can't get a hold of Apple Support.

Any help?

Follow ALL steps here If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

I don't know why I was logged out of Facetime and haven't been able to get back on, I get the same error.

Nothing worked. The only thing that might have been useful is a direct communication but they are currently unavailable due to the covid19.
