Does anyone face this similar issue? All of a sudden my chats on whatsapp go all corrupted and have weird black marks on them. See the pictures I have attached are someone of those instances where I was able to capture a screenshot of them. I need to switch off my phone each times this happens to fix it.

I have already spoken to whatsapp support team about this and they have told me it is an issue with the phone as they told me to uninstall the app and download the latest version. I have done it more than 4 times but this issue keeps coming back. Also I have checked with rest of my friends and family members using the same phone and confirmed that they dont have anything like this happening. I have no idea whom to blame.. Apple or whatsapp!
They make the software that doesn't seem to work with your iPhone.
Since Apple didn't make it where else would you expect support?
