Bluetooth won't turn off. Help

Help whenever I go into my Bluetooth preferences the option to turn off the Bluetooth is disabled and does not give me the option to turn it off. A while ago I was messing with the preferences and it asked for my touch ID to give it the option to disable the bluetooth on and off option. If anyone can help me get around this to get the option to turn off the bluetooth I would appreciate it.

Thank you so much, I kinda figured it out, seems like I had to hold down shift+option and click my bluetooth preferences and surely enough it showed this little padlock. I was able to disable the padlock from making me unable to turn off my bluetooth. 😊
