Apple ID Disabled and Connot acces to apple store and my apps getting crush

Contact Apple for support. Only they can deal with your Apple ID issue. Get Support
This is a user to user support forum, and no one here has any access to your account. Apple Support is the only access there is if your Apple ID is disabled.

Yes I asked for refund but it’s been more than 24 hours pending and cannot access Apple store and apps that I downloaded via this Apple ID are crushing cannot access
Still the Apple ID disabled, its been almost 5 days and no replay from Apple.
When i asked for refund they mention that refund takes upto 48 hours and now its been 5 days.
The problem is they're not offering support for my place North Iraq-Kurdistan region.
Any other option or advice ?
Already asked for refund of some purchase but my Apple ID been disabled more than 24 hours and my apps getting crushed cannot Accra to my apps because of my Apple ID
