Authentication Error BB100

I recently changed my internet service provider from Foxtel to Telstra in Australia and when I try to connect my iPhone Xs Max to the new wifi modem I get an authentication error notification from Foxtel saying BB100 Authentication Error.


How can I stop or remove this please?
