How to unlock my old id

Hello. My previous iphone 8 plus was connected to my old id that was attached to my old number, unfortunately i do not have that number anymore so i cant activate my id and unlock my iphone 8 plus because of this. What should i do in this situation? Im from Turkmenistan, we dont have any apple support here. Please help me.

Note that we are not authorized to remove activation lock under any conditions. Thus, you will need to work with Apple Support. You will need to provide support with your purchase receipt for the new-to-you iPhone 8 with its serial number on it. Here are some support options you can use:
