Bluetooth Not Working in Bootcamp

Hey all, I recently made a windows boot on my late-2019 MacBook Pro 16-inch, but the Bluetooth just is not working. The Bluetooth Radio in Device Manager says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" and the Broadcom Adapter doesn't have an option for BT/Wifi collaboration like I've seen on other boots. I've tried uninstalling the devices and reinstalling with Setup.exe, uninstalling and scanning hardware but every time I remove Bluetooth Radio it reinstalls. Does anyone know how I can get Bluetooth connectivity on my Boot?
