I purchased chalkboard app but it doesn’t show in settings. Similarly LinkedIn learning app is also not appearing. Please help. I tried restarting. Tried reinstalling but it doesn’t work

Not all Apps will appear within iPad Settings. Whether or not a third-party App’s individual settings can be seen there is entirely at the behest of the App Developer.

Some Apps, if they have any configurable settings at all, will expose them within the App itself.

If you believe something is awry with a third-party App, such as those you mention, you might be best advised to contact the App Developer for advice and guidance.
