Apparently so.

"...a microphone will appear in the status bar of your device that indicates that Voice Control is listening or not listening." [Source: Apple] Tap it to put Voice Control to sleep (the microphone icon will turn grey.) Or to disappear the microphone icon:

Say: "Turn off Voice Control"

Say: "Tap Execute"

There's no process to go through if you configure AssistiveTouch's Single-Tap custom action to be "Screenshot" via:

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > Single-Tap = Screenshot

I usually have that Single-Tap setting = Home, but I temporarily changed it to take the screenshot below:

Hey All...Ok, I finally got a case that's a lot better made, and easier to use the side button!...Also, I turned on my "Hey Siri", but she's not responding when I use it?? And there's a little blue microphone in the corner of my phone now...not quite sure what that's for...lol...

Presumably you followed the instructions in my previous post and said: "Hey Siri, turn on Voice Control". ...That would cause the appearance of the little blue microphone. To get rid of it...

Say: "Turn off Voice Control"

Say: "Tap Execute"

...then perhaps Siri will respond to you.

I don't know, I really love that option of voice control screen shot...I'm trying to figure this all out on how to do this....Just got up here, getting my caffeine fix! So, if I have voice control on, I can't use the Hey Siri option?? What's this little microphone in the corner doing, or what's it for?

Oh wow, that voice screen shot is super cool!! It'll turn gray on my screen, if I press it, because it didn't turn gray when I clicked on it...And right next to it it keeps scrolling "verizon"...And again, with this on, it won't work when I say "hey Siri"?

I am not aware of pier off screen.

Ok, this is a little scary...I'm texting family, and it's typing out things I don't want to be texting!!! How do I stop that? Lol...I better not talk badly about anyone!! Lol..
