Airpods Pro get disconnected on Macbook Pro

AirPods Pro pair correctly with Macbook Pro (MAC OS Catalina 10.15.4) and randomly while using call apps such as google hangouts, cisco webex, etc. they get disconnected. The BT connection gets lost and I have to connect them again manually.

Happens several times during calls with no apparent pattern. The AirPods Pro are fully charged and updated (Firmware 2D15).

The strange thing is that while listening to music, watch youtube videos, etc... this problem doesn't show up, only on calls.

Hi Varox

I think you can try to put your AirPods inside the fridge few minutes before the call. Then, I am pretty sure they will maintain the connection with your MAC. This is the way to avoid the overheat of your airpods that sometimes affect the BT connection.

I don't think so because it happens in different locations with different wireless setups... I have the issue located when in a conference call on my Macbook Pro.
