MacBook Air Camera not connected

Recently purchased a refurbished MacBook Air from the online Apple store.

However I'm not able to use the built-in camera.

It shows that Camera is not connected whenever I try to use Photo Booth.

Tried using the camera on other apps but it doesn't work as well.

Tried using the VDC assistance method but it still doesn't work.

Went into the camera settings and Photo Booth wasn't there.

Even thought the Zoom app selection is there, I am still unable to use the camera on Zoom app.

Please help ..
