Screen Time Doesn’t Show Certain Apps

I want to add the Amazon Alexa app to “Always Allowed” on screen time. However, the app doesn’t show up on screen time at all. When I go to the always allowed section, the app isn’t there. And, if I go to App Limits > Add Limits, it’s not there either, under any of the categories. Can someone explain why the app just isn’t there at all? I’m sure I have the app installed; it’s being blocked during Downtime. But I can’t change find it in Screen Time at all. Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?

Hi dragon_of_the_west,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! I understand you are unable to locate a specific application within your Screen Time settings. I'd like to provide you with some guidance.

I would suggest taking a look over: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support, to confirm proper set up for Screen Time. If you are still unable to locate this specific app, I would reach out to Apple Support directly for further investigation: Contact - Official Apple Support.

Best regards.
