Kannada language font rendering issue on iPhone 13

Petrol- This word written in Kannada language font (using the iPhone provided keyboard) is not rendered on iPhone correctly on iPhone 13.4.1 (as of May 2020 - when the world was infected with corona virus 🦠)

Bottom part of the word is moved up on the top left in iPhone/Whatsapp whereas it appears perfectly placed when used on Google app on iPhone. Also there is an issue with the middle part of the word which appears jumbled up and expanded.

See these screenshots:

Google app (perfect rendering)

Whatsapp, which internally uses iPhone rendering (problematic rendering)

iPhone Settings app’s search bar (problematic rendering)

Please correct this issue on iPhone asap. Kannada is spoken by 65 million people in the world and it is affecting many people who use this language on iPhone.
